Double eyelids.

So i haven't been blogging for days and i hope you miss me ^^. My Brother took my computer to do presentation, maybe he thinks that my Acer can do a better job than his MacBook. Well, i don't know...

It was just a mini trip to Sasa and i did NOT expect me to even get myself anything. Shizzzz. 

I've been wanting a nude lipstick for awhile and just want to try it out. I mean... hah, girls. So i actually asked if there was a reasonable price for nude lipstick and the sales lady was very nice, she offered me something in my budget., GREAT! It was actually $20.90 ( yes i know still cheap ) but the store was having some promotion *yays* and i only got it for $15.90!!! Great deal right? *GRABBB* So there i go with another new friend in my cosmetic bag! <3

But that's not the point. READ MY TITLE! It's about Double Eyelids!

How to Make a Double Eyelid

About half of all Asians are born without the double eyelid crease^.  In Asia, blepharoplasty (surgery to create the double eyelid) is the most popular cosmetic procedure. Women who would like to add this feature to their eyes have both surgical and non-surgical options available. While surgical procedures have become a popular option for creating a double eyelid, non-surgical methods are a good way to get a preview of what a double lid will look like prior to committing to a more permanent cosmetic procedure.

That is why i got something good to share with you! I got a temporary way to have nice double eyelid crease! If you see the Photo on toppp!! I have this box covered in Japanese wordings, it is actually a Black double eyelid tape. For me, i'm monolid, so i know how it feels to have small eyes and how it feels to spend loads of money to buy double eyelid stickers and end up all your friends know you're trying to have double eyelids BECAUSE the sticker is soooo easy to get spotted on your lids! Paiseh right?

This sticker actually saves time for you to put on your eyeliner when you want bigger eyes as well. It sticks on perfectly!

Well, my friend is actually using double eyelid glue and it somehow works kind of well on her. But i prefer my stickers :D

Wanna know how its done?

Steps

1. Learn the difference between an Asian and Caucasian double eyelid. Asian eyelid creases begin close to the eyelash at the inner corner of the eye, and move parallel to the brow by the midpoint of the eye. In contrast, Caucasian eyelid creases form an upside-down "U" shape, with a taper closer to the shape of the eyelashes. One effect of this is that the application of eyeliner will not be noticeable unless the eyes are closed.

2. Create double eyelids through the use of cosmetic products like double eyelid glue or eyelid tape. These are temporary ways that allow you to see what you will look like with double eyelids. These techniques typically last a day and wash away with soap and water when you wash the rest of your face.
   
   
   
3. Wash your face well prior to applying double eyelid glue or tape, so you have a clean, non-oily surface to work with. Pat the face dry, paying extra attention to the eye area. Wait a few minutes to ensure the area is completely dry before applying the double eyelid adhesive.
   
   
   
4. Apply the eyelid tape or glue just above your lash line. For a natural look, follow the natural line of the inner wall of your eye socket. If you are using double eyelid glue, wait 30 to 60 seconds for the adhesive to set before pushing the eyelid into place. If you are applying eyelid tape, you can begin the next step right away.
   
   
   
5. Gently push your upper eyelid toward the adhesive strip, using a "Y" tool or the end of a bobby pin. Work one small section of the eyelid at a time, waiting 30 seconds to 1 minute to ensure that portion of the eyelid adheres completely to the upper lid before moving to the next section.
   
   
   
6. Apply cosmetics, such as eyeshadow, mascara and liner to the eye to enhance the look as desired. The double eyelid should last throughout the day, until you wash off the adhesive with soap and warm water.
   
   
   
7. Finished.
